By using MemiGuard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MemiGuard is a Discord moderation bot and dashboard platform. We provide AutoMod, raid protection, ticket management, message logging, and analytics tools for Discord servers.

3. User Accounts

You authenticate through Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You must not share your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MemiGuard to: harass others, violate Discord's Terms of Service, distribute malware, or attempt to circumvent our security measures.

5. Payments

Premium plans are processed through Sell.app. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Data

We store data necessary to provide our service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MemiGuard at our discretion, with or without cause.

8. Disclaimer

MemiGuard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MemiGuard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
