How do I add MemiGuard to my server?

Click the "Add to Discord" button on our homepage, select your server, and authorize the bot. It will join automatically.

How do I set up the dashboard?

After adding the bot, go to the dashboard, log in with Discord, and select your server. You can configure all features from there.

The bot isn't responding to commands. What do I do?

1. Make sure the bot has Administrator permissions in your server.
2. Check that the bot is online (green status).
3. Try the /help command to verify the bot is working.
4. If issues persist, join our Discord server for support.

How does auto-escalation work?

MemiGuard automatically escalates moderation actions based on warning counts: 3 warnings = timeout, 5 warnings = kick, 7 warnings = ban. These thresholds can be customized in the dashboard.

Can I transfer my subscription to another server?

Yes, contact support with your license key and the new server ID, and we'll transfer your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Sell.app account and cancel the subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Is my server data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, never sell your data, and automatically delete data based on your tier's retention period. See our Privacy Policy for details.
